During this pivotal time as a highschool player, skill and recruitment are two massive aspects that will get you to the next level. I was fortunate enough to have coach tower as my travel coach, and his guidance to help me improve as not only a player, but a person is something that I will for ever be grateful for. During the recruitment stage of my career, he would diligently ask questions about my interest in a particular school and give me pointers on how to reach out and play infront of them, while also reaching out to these coaches for me behind the scenes. Coach Tower was crucial to my commitment to Marist University, as he would help me construct my skills and also reach out for me.

As a summer/fall coach, winter training advisor, or with private lessons, Zack Tower was instrumental in the development and guidance of my son (now playing in college). As a parent, I appreciated that Zack told both my son and I the truth – not what he thought we wanted to hear. Zack can strike a bond with the kids because he’s been there (player/coach) but more importantly, he can articulate what the players need to be focused on to improve. We quickly learned that the college recruiting process is not what it used to be. It is far more complex and we needed help navigating it. Zack was the perfect person to guide us. He started explaining the process to our son in his sophomore year, gave feedback on videos, helped us narrow down colleges to target based on what our son was interested in studying, prepped him for interviews with coaches, and was a great advocate for him in front of recruiters. He was always available to us as well whenever we had questions.
